Wizard of Dark Street Tour: This or That with Shawn Odyssey

Today I have Shawn Odyssey with me as part of the Wizard of Dark Street Tour with Teen {Book} Scene.

You can find all the stops on the tour HERE.

Shawn is here to do an author This or That post today!

Hardback or Paperback:

Since The Wizard of Dark Street is currently coming out in hardback, that’s what I’ll go with.  Hardback all the way.  Also, should you ever find yourself in need of defending yourself against a gang of unsavory sewer trolls, the hardback would come in much more handy as a weapon.  (You laugh, but it could happen).

Tacos or Pizza:

Wow!  No one told me the questions would be so difficult.  Okay, tacos.  Yes, definitely tacos.  Throw some cheese, olives, pepperoni, and some marinara sauce inside a crispy taco shell and I’ll teach you to make me choose between those two!

Coffee or Tea:

Daytime or Nighttime:

Hoot hoot.

Mustang or Camaro:

72 Mustang.  Roll up them sleeves, pop in the eight track, and crank the Zeppelin!

Arcade Games or Board Games:

Board Games!  Anyone for a game of CLUE? I’d love to do a Wizard of Dark Street version.

I Love Lucy or I Dream of Jeannie:

I watched more Jeannie growing up…but let’s face it, Lucy is funnnnnnnnnny!

Kindle or Nook:

Call me old fashioned, but I’m still for the Book.

Dragon or Phoenix:

I love the symbology of the phoenix; life rising from the ashes.  Gives me chills.

Dwarf or Elf:

I’m a bit more elflike myself, but as far as interesting characters go in traditional fantasy novels, I’d have to say dwarf.  They’re so darn tough, not to mention they often have a sense of humor.  They’re the underdogs of the fantasy world, so, yeah, go dwarfs!

Harry Potter or Gandalf:

I refuse to answer on the grounds that Gandalf is great, Harry is great..and can’t we all just get along?

Evil Vampires or Sparkly Vampires:

I’d have to go with Evil vamps.  I mean really, who among us wasn’t hooked to the screen when Angel went bad on Buffy?

Fruity Pebbles or Coco Puffs:

Fruity Pebbles, because, well…there’s fruit in there…somewhere, right?

Boxers or Briefs:

Boxer-briefs.  When you can get it, why not take the best of both worlds?

The Wizard of Dark Street is released on July 26th, 2011 in bookstores nationwide and online in both hardback and eBook formats.
